  • A federal judge in Iowa blocked key parts of a Biden administration rule that required a registered nurse to be on-site 24/7 and 3.48 hours of nursing care per resident daily, saying the mandate exceeded CMS authority—other provisions of the rule will remain in effect.  Globe Gazette

  • On Saturday, The River Arc in Waterloo hosted its second annual African French Community Health Resource Fair where several health organizations provided screenings and information to local residents.
