- ➤ On Saturday, the Iowa National Guard announced that Sgt. William Nathaniel Howard from Marshalltown + Sgt. Edgar Brian Torrestovar from Grimes died in an enemy attack in Palmyra, Syria while three soldiers were wounded and Governor Kim Reynolds ordered flags flown half+staff until interment. KWWL
