- ➤ Waterloo Police are managing traffic near East 11th and Lafayette streets for the Northeast Iowa Food Bank Holiday Distribution from November 24 to 26. Lafayette Street, from East 11th to Vinton, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — residents are asked to avoid the area and follow officer directions. KWWL
