REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Developers ATI Group and McClure announced plans at a community meeting to transform Crossroads Mall into The Boulevard at Crossroads—saying that the current structure will be demolished for safety reasons and that utility work is set for November and December. They stated demolition will begin after the holidays and take about 240 days, with new infrastructure work scheduled to start in 2027. KWWL
