- ➤ Black Hawk County responded to the arrest of Supervisor Chris Schwartz, aged 45, who was taken into custody on Wednesday morning on two counts of sexual abuse — he remains on the board as the legal process continues. KWWL
- ➤ Supervisor Christopher Schwartz was arrested on Wednesday on two counts of third-degree sexual abuse from two 2023 incidents—Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors stated Thursday that they will let the legal process determine the facts while county work continues. KCRG
