- ➤ Fired bariatric surgeon Dr. Glascock is suing Waverly Health Center and CEO Jodi Geerts in Bremer County District Court, alleging that his termination followed his decision to stop a weight-loss surgery when an inexperienced assistant was assigned, which he said endangered patient safety.
