- ➤ Waterloo resident Daijon Stokes, 32, pleaded guilty in February and was sentenced to 104 months in federal prison after he fled a December 3 traffic stop by driving nearly 90 mph in a residential area and colliding with a car carrying a woman and two children — officers later found a loaded handgun and drugs in his car.
