- ➤ Iowa Workforce Development said today that the unemployment system will go dark from today until June 2 + the new system will let Iowans file claims and search for jobs on one website starting June 3. KCRG
- ➤ Iowa law enforcement will begin issuing warnings on handheld cellphone use while driving on July 1 as Senate File 22 takes effect—local experts advise drivers to set up Bluetooth, put phones out of reach, finish work before driving, and let passengers manage calls to avoid future penalties.
