- ➤ Iowa lawmakers passed a bill that will require high school students to pass the U.S. citizenship test to graduate and amended a prenatal education bill that now goes back to the Senate for review. They also approved a constitutional amendment proposal to allow children to testify remotely — a change that can be reconsidered in legislative sessions starting in 2027. Globe Gazette
