- ➤ John Deere said Monday it is bringing back 21 workers to Dubuque Works and 20 to Davenport Works as demand rises for construction, forestry and drivetrain equipment. The company had also returned workers to Waterloo earlier this year to boost production after previous layoffs. KCRG
