- ➤ An SUV leaving the roadway on Mullan Ave. just before 7:30 p.m. Friday struck a 9 year old child in Waterloo, who died shortly after arriving at the hospital—while the 71 year old driver was treated for minor injuries as police investigated the incident. KWWL
