- ➤ Waterloo police arrested 18-year-old Jessie Javon Small after reports of three or four people brandishing weapons in the Walmart parking lot on Flammang Drive a little after 2:15 p.m. Saturday—officers said he fled into the store before being caught and now faces several charges while no shots were fired and no one was injured.
