- ➤ Water Works continued hydrant flushing on Thursday from Burton Ave to Logan Ave and from Dawson St to West Louise St to clear the water mains. The work helped keep water flow reliable for residents in the area. Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier

- ➤ UNI introduced Kyle Green as its new men’s basketball head coach at the McLeod Center this morning; he signed a five-year contract after returning from five years at Iowa State and replacing longtime coach Ben Jacobson. KWWL
