Riverfront Stadium, home of the Waterloo Bucks, may need $5.4 million in repairs to meet safety standards — officials are weighing repair costs versus a new $40 million venue planned within 3 to 4 years — with input from Waterloo Leisure Services on possible locations outside the floodplain.
