- ➤ La Porte Road reopened to traffic south of San Marnan Drive today, the City of Waterloo said. Bopp Street intersection remains closed for Phase 1 with work to finish in spring – Phase 2 will begin at the Ridgeway Avenue intersection in May or June. KWWL
