ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Waterloo city leaders approved a 40-year lease for Grand Husk Solar to develop about 759 acres at the local airport. Payments will increase gradually from $50 per acre initially, to $350 during construction, and to $1,400 once the solar farm operates for at least 20 years. KWWL
